Phone call is counter productive for the following reasons:
1 difficulty getting someone who speaks/understands English
2 Difficulty getting to appropriate office
3 time consumed getting through 1 and 2
4 time consumed on hold
5 disconnection(s)
6 need for followup calls referencing data from prior calls
7 lack of cooperation
8 difficulty discerning who said what and who was right or wrong
9 reps tell you they’re recording you but you can’t record them
10 can be much more frustrating than a email
So again, is there an email?
