No photo shown in Settings on Apple ID

Hello,

everytime I upload a profile picture on my Iphone 14 Pro to my Apple ID account on "settings" nothing happens, it just remains blank like I did nothing, I've tried to fix it for a week almost and no succsess..

Help please :)
