I have no sound on streaming apps like Hulu & Paramount + but when I have sound on Netflix.. this is where it gets weird… I go back to Paramount + &/or Hulu and I have sound. Wth is going on

Seems like my phone was still trying to send sound to a speaker I had connected via Bluetooth earlier today. Turned off Bluetooth and sound is now fine.

Turning off my Bluetooth, and then reconnecting fixed this issue for me.
After the 16.3.1 update on my 14 iphone, the sound on several apps goes high, low and cuts out all together. Ex: on TikTok, while scrolling, I set my volume but it’s all over the place. Worried about other bugs I’m going to find or how to fix
I also have no sound at all on my iPad mini 5 since the 16.3.1 update.
i have no sound on my iPhone 11 Pro after upgrading to iOS 16.3.1. I have powered my phone off and on after the upgrade but still no sound. Anyone have a suggestion?
Update: Disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth brought back notification sounds but still no video sounds either from photo recordings or playing videos from the internet or game sounds.
All iPads of different years in our home have the same issue. Bluetooth suggestions did not affect sound.
