Apple+ tv

Hi! I am using an IPad for the first time I’ve always had android I’ve downloaded and subscribed to Apple+ tv it will let me watch something for ten seconds and then say it can’t show content at the moment can anyone help me with what’s to do from here I’m not really tech savvy I’d appreciate any advice

Apple TV + I purchased Apple TV+ account and connected my Samsung TV to it, and everything is good. However in my sumsung phone when I logged in web to my account. When I open any show, I get "Get Apple TV+" button and unable to play it. When I click the button it takes me to the page where I got a message "You already have Apple TV+", and button below "Start Watching". When I click it I got back to the show, but still can't watch it. The "Get Apple TV+" button still exist. Refreshing page and relogin doesn't, help

Apple TV+ not showing up On iPad I have an iPad Air (4th Generation) that is currently up to date on the most recent software iPadOS 17.2. The iPad uses the account that is tied to the Apple TV+ subscription. I cannot access Apple TV+ content on my iPad. I have turned it on and off and scoured the internet for help and cannot find out why the Apple TV+ content is not showing up on the app.

Try to force-quit the TV app, then relaunch it again.
Try restarting the iPad.
See if there are (were) known outages. System Status - Apple Support.

Else contact Apple Support staff for further assistance.
