Exporting song from iPhone to my PC

I have a song on my iPhone that fortunately transferred from a previous iPhone. I want to transfer this song to my PC so I can do some edit work. I can't figure out how to do it. The music player I am using shows up on my iPhone as a red square with the 2 1/8 notes in it. I've plugged my phone into the PC and looked for it in iTunes, but it's nowhere to be found there either. I've clicked the three dots for the dropdown box and tried "share" like some articles have stated, but all I get is a thing to try Apple music or something to that effect. Any ideas? The song appears in the picture as a group of numbers. I took the picture after pressing the three dots to show what came up in the list.
