My account has been disabled in the app store and i tunes.I have already changed my apple id pasword but it was not reactivated

My account has been disabled in app store and itunes.I have reset my apple id pasword.But it was not activated again.kindly fix it.I shall be very thankfull to you

You'll have to contact the official Apple Support about that, only they can help in this situation:
