Phone Call Shortcut: How to REMOVE "Contacts - Just to confirm, you would like to call xxx? No Yes" message

Hello all,

I have made Shortcuts for my age mom's 1st iPhone so that she can just tap and make phone calls.

The few local numbers whether it is home line or mobile is straight forward, tap and call. But there's 1 number she'd frequently call which is a trunk call i.e. it's a neighbouring country number, so we are using IDD call.

When tap at this Shortcut icon, another message pops up:

"Contacts - Just to confirm, you would like to call xxx? No or Yes"

See attached pic. Have to tap Yes to continue the call, complicates things a little for her.

How do remove this message?

Thank you!

Hello thanks for your reply. Apologies if the screengrab confused you a little. This has nothing to do with WhatsApp, I just happened to place the app icon in the dock.

The Shortcut was created to Make A Call, a normal regular phone call using cellular talktime from a number, so happens this is not a local number but overseas number.

(You can't even make a Shortcut WhatsApp call anyway)

The rest of the Shortcuts - making calls to other local numbers be it a land line or a mobile, no such message pops up.

Hope this clears up, thanks!
