Revoke apple pay authorization
I have authorized a monthly recurring payment via Apple Pay with my maestro payment card (Not a credit card) at a company. I canceled the paid subscription on the company's website and switched to a free version.
The company continues to charge money every month and does not respond to multiple emails I have sent. I cannot stop the payment myself and have therefore contacted my bank. They send me back to Apple because it concerns Apple Pay. The payment is not visible in the overview of Apple Pay in the Wallet app.
I want to stop this payment, but my bank and Apple blame each other because they do not consider themselves responsible or cannot fulfill my request.
Who should I contact to stop this monthly debit if the company where the subscription was taken out no longer responds and perhaps no longer exists, the website can no longer be reached.
