icloud for windows not showing check boxes for mail and contacts

I run Office 365 including Outlook and have not been able to synch with my contacts and mail in iCloud for some time. I have checked the add-in for iCloud is active in Outlook and that my Outlook files are not stored in iCloud. I have deleted and reloaded iCloud for Windows from the Microsoft App store. But when I open iCloud for Windows it does not show the check boxes for mail and contacts. Any thoughts please?

iCloud for Windows does not show calendars and contacts in Outlook 365 Windows 11 I have been using Outlook for a very long time with no issues synchronizing it with my iCloud. However, with recent update of Windows 11 my iCloud calendars and contacts disappeared from Outlook and there is no way to get them to appear again. I tried everything - uninstall, restart, reinstall, repair, reset - but I just cannot make it work. I got some advice to try to install old version of iCloud for Windows 7 and it magically it worked! But I lost the ability to sync my bookmarks and my iCloud passwords in MS Edge. Does anyone else has the same problem? I am very frustrated since I use my several email accounts, iCloud being one of them and not being able to add iCloud to my Outlook on my laptop is a major inconvenience. Thanks

ICloud for Windows Doesn’t Show Calendars or Contacts in Outlook A client of mine just got a new W11 laptop. We got Outlook set up and working as desired (for both a Yahoo and Apple email account). Next I downloaded (from the Microsoft Store) iCloud for Windows, and it installed fine. When it was launched and the client authenticated, we selected ‘just’ Contacts and Calendars, and (after clicking ‘Apply’) it said that it was successful (after watching it ‘supposedly’ copying ~2000 contacts and 20 photos). However, when we opened Outlook, neither the iCloud Contacts or Calendars appeared (something that I have successfully done for quite a number of clients) I checked to see that the Outlook addins showed iCloud, and it appeared to be installed/working correctly. I tried signing out/in to the iCloud app, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and rebooting (several times), but although there were no errors shown anywhere, nothing shows in the Outlook Calendars or Contacts. Others have posted to this forum with similar issues, but there don’t appear to be any suggestions. Hopefully someone will have some ideas - they would be very-much appreciated. Thanks.

iCloud contacts when sending mails in Outlook Hello I installed iCloud for windows on a new Windows 11 Laptop with Outlook 365 (Version 2212). Calendars are correctly displayed. On the contacts tab, contacts are also displayed, however in a separate folder titled iCloud, not below the My Contacts folder as on my previous laptop. Now even by specifying the "Start with contact folders" in the Adressbook-Tools-Options, icloud contacts are not available when sending a new mail. How to get these contacts usable from within mails ?
