Icloud storage 50GB charges wrong deduction from my account

i'm from sri lanka.i bought extra 50gb storages from upgrade icloud before one year.my monthly renews charges USD 0.99(sri lankan RS.386.18) per month.but in february 2023,a very big amount has beeen deducted from my account in addition to the USD 0.99.the extra amount deducted from my account USD 50.35(Sri lanka Rs.19447.08)Please refund my extra deduction amount Rs.19447.08 as soon as possible.
