Apple Watch SE Boot Loop, No power on at all!

My Apple Watch SE (1st Gen) can't boot up, constantly looping between Apple Logo and black screen on the charger. Off charger, it is totally dead. If left on the charger for extended time, it becomes super-hot. It is only 6-month-old and only lightly used, still under original Apple Limited Warranty (not Apple Care+). I am in Bangkok, Thailand and every local Apple Service Centers said that it is beyond repair, without evening offering me to inspect further. There is no physical damage at all. I recently updated WatchOS 9.3, and I don't know if it would be the cause.

I tried every fix I can find online, basically, force restart and reset, without success. The question is 'is this the common standard for Apple Service to completely abandon if boot loop happens, even for a relatively new watch under the Apple warranty?' Can anyone here successful get out of this annoying crisis?

Your description suggests there is a problem with the battery and it is not holding charge. The only practical solution is to get the watch checked by Apple. If it is new as you say it should still be in warranty (Apple standard warranty is 12 months).

The serial number should be on the original box, or see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204520

Put the serial number into the warranty checker to confirm it is covered. https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
