Spotlight won't index most Apple apps

If I search through spotlight most preinstalled Apple app won't find it because they don't seem to get indexed. Eg Automator, Terminal, Maps etc. There are some other Apple apps (Numbers, Pages, Keynote) where everything works as it should.

I have already done a reindexes through system preferences and one through terminal (sudo mdutil -Ea /) but same results .

Any ideas?
