Outdated Certificate In Settings OSX (Profiles): On my email SSL Encryption : "Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA"

I am not sure if this is important, as the email address is still working on my personal domain.

As you can see from my screen shot below the certificate for SSL encryption (as far as I understand it) is not valid (not verified). It lasted only until may 2022.

I tried to contact customer service but they have outsourced their support department and seemingly their support is not what is used to be (stablehost.com), which now only works via chat.

They offer me different prices for SSL encryption, one of them "Let's Encrypt AutoSSL" seems to be free, but I find it technically challenging to grasp all of this.

They did install "Let's Encrypt AutoSSL" on my domain, but the status seems to be remaining. Maybe it will take a few hours?

Thoughts on how to do things differently perhaps?

Hello Norwegian_Macfan68,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities and for sharing these additional details with us. Sounds like your configuration profile isn't showing up as a verified account/profile, even though you've installed "Let's Encrypt AutoSSL".

It does appear that you've followed the correct steps. We'd like to recommend some additional steps to see if we can get the status of your configuration profile updated. Try removing then re-add the configuration profile: Use configuration profiles to standardize settings on Mac computers - Apple Support

Remove a configuration profile from your Mac
1.) On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click Privacy and Security in the sidebar, then click Profiles on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)
2.) Select a profile in the Profiles list, then click the Remove button .
When you remove a profile, all of its settings and information are deleted. For example, if the profile set up your email account, removing the profile deletes the account information from your Mac.
If you can’t remove a configuration profile, ask for help from the person who provided the profile.

Install a configuration profile you’ve received
1.) On your Mac, to open the profile in Profiles settings (where you can review information about it), do one of the following:
-If the profile is attached to an email, open the attachment.
-If the profile is posted on a website, download the profile from the website and open it.
2.) Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click Privacy and Security in the sidebar, then click Profiles on the right. (You may need to scroll down. You may be asked to supply your password or other information during installation.
3.) In the Downloaded section, double-click the profile.
4.) Review the profile contents then click Continue, Install or Enroll to install the profile.
If an earlier version of a profile is already installed on your Mac, the settings in the updated version replace the previous ones.

We hope these steps were helpful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Cheers.
