I need to have a date/time stamp in Notes app on iPad. How can this be done? I am running iOS 16.2

iPad Pro, 11-inch, 4th Gen, Cell 5G

I know there are workarounds, which I tried, such as exporting a number of iOS notes, to the iOS file app but they're not retaining the time stamps, they only show today's date. I wondered had anyone come up with a better solution. I have over 100+ notes, and to do them individually would be time consuming and as a last resort. I also requested data information from Apple but I don't know how long it would take for them to process it. I have given feedback to Apple. Im surprised in this day and age they don't make it easier to export your notes while keeping the dates when the notes were made. Thanks in advance for your help. Claire.

Is there …… 1- how I can reorder my notes in Notes app is it possible? 2- is it possible to set date along side of time on iOS Home Screen? 3- how I can transfer all iMessages to my computer?

Change/edit Titled Notes is there a way to change the title of a note, NOT the folder it’s in but the note has just the date & I would like to edit or change that. I’m using an IPad & it’s up to date.

Hello Simply123!,

You may be able to look in the App Store and see if there’s a 3rd party app that supports leaving a date and time stamp within the Notes app on your device. The other option you have would be to provide Apple with feedback for your feature request. You can submit your suggestions here: Product Feedback - Apple.
