My iPhone show it needs a software update but cannot do it because watch isn’t charging iPhone screen just shows spinning. Any help is greatly appreciated.. Apple series 4 watch will not charge, will not restart, will not update software. Only shows time and red lightening bolt when you press on crown.

My Apple Watch stopped charging and will not restart.
