Can you use a non-Apple keyboard for a Mac Mini?

I’m pondering possibly buying a Mac Mini, as most of the time I prefer just using a computer at my desk, and I figure this would be a cheaper way to go, as I already have a large monitor to multitask different applications, and a mouse that should work. I also have a non-apple keyboard (Logitech). Can one use a non-Apple keyboard for a Mac, or should I find an Apple one?
