How many TB 4 Ports on the 2023 Mac mini M2 Pro provide charging?

How many Thunderbolt (TB) 4 Ports, on the 2023 Mac mini M2 Pro, provide charging?

What are the power out specs? Max (volts/amps/watts) levels supported?

It is my understanding that the TB 4 standard requires "PC charging on at least one port".

Although the TB 4 standard states "PC charging", is it correct that other devices such as Hubs, etc can be powered by the Mac mini's TB 4 Ports?

I am asking to clarify what is provided by the 2023 Mac mini M2 Pro because of the following.

I am researching the use of a "Combination 2.5 SATA Drive / USB 3.1 Gen 2 Hub" Enclosure.

This enclosure provides two (2) dedicated USB Type-C connections, providing the interface to the computer, for data and power.

The product info states that if two drives are used, within the single enclosure, that the second dedicated USB Type-C should be connected. This is to provide the additional power needed by the second drive.

Thank you, in advance, for your time and assistance.
