Change country in Appstore
I am not able to change my country/region in AppStore because there are funds in my Apple iTunes credit.
please help me to change my region!

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
