App can't open code type : X86-64 (Native)
When I open the Trans app, it shows an error that the application has quit unexpectedly. I have restarted and it still doesn't work. Someone please help me.

You will have to report this problem to the developers of that app.
It looks like the operating system is killing the app on purpose due to "__TCC_CRASHING_DUE_TO_PRIVACY_VIOLATION__". That doesn't sound good. Most likely, the app simply hasn't been updated in many years and will not work on a modern Mac.
