I made an accidental purchase in iTunes and need a refund

I do not want iTunes it was purchased by accident I don’t ever buy iTunes I only have apple family please refund my account .

I have a charge from apple for $14.99 it says iTunes this had to of been done by accident I do not purchase iTunes and would like this taken off my credit card please
