I'm trying to start over initial setup of Iphone12 mini and choose cellular option instead of Wifi which is what I chose first time , the back option only takes me back to language I want to start over so I can see the Manual setup option ,

Subsequent question , what and how do you select to setup initially on Cellular data , every startup informational videos start up on Wifi , maybe can someone share a link which describe the option to cellular data/SIM setup and NOT wifi
Its pretty simple , I'm trying to star over , from where I am in the setup and what I've done so far which is 1- connected to Wifi option /language option /country option , nothing else , I do not want to continue/complete the setup on WIFI I want to start over from scratch and do the initial setup on Cellular data ,

I'm waiting for Apple telephone support to open this morning as I am unable to resolve with the info you shared so far , Thanks for trying , I'm an ITTech for this product , I'll figure it out with the Apple experts
In order to set it up you need a working SIM card AND an wifi connection.
When done, turn off (disable) Wifi in Settings>Wifi.

I haven't completed the setup via Wifi option , are you saying that you can only setup Iphones in general on WIFI
No, Wifi connection is not mandatory, if you have a working SIM card and a correct cellular traffic plan with your carrier.
