Do not disturb is on all the time. How do I shut off focus

To control current status: Open the Control Center, tap Focus.


To adjust: Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb

Hello Anilablond!


  1. In the top right corner of your iPhone, swipe down to open the Control Center.
  2. Tap on the bubble that says “Focus”. This bubble is located at center screen underneath where you turn you Wifi on and off.
  3. Now, at the top of the list, you will see the Do Not Disturb Focus. It will be white. Tap it, and it should turn black like the rest of the Focuses.
