Camera Freezing At Concerts -14 Pro

Hi! Has anyone had issues taking pictures at concerts with you iPhone 14 Pro? I already have had issues in general with the camera not wanting to focus and taking blurry pics, but this was next level. No matter what I did at a recent Bruce Springsteen show my camera would freeze.

This also happened to my boyfriend who has an IPhone 14 Max. We traveled for this show and had GA Pit tickets so it was a very rare event and super stressful to not be able to at least take a few pics to remember it. Attached is one of the lovely “gems” my phone allowed me to take.

Hello!

I am aware that an issue similar to this existed 4 months ago, when iPhone 14 Pro was released. Check your iPhone's Operating System Version (iOS) and make sure it is running iOS 16.3.1. If that doesn't help, contact Apple Support on: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support and schedule a repair with the Genius Bar.
