Add plan option missing

hello everybody,

i have this iphone 11 ( single sim + Esim) i used Esim for over two years without problem, but suddenly when i looked at my phone the Esim were gone, i tried airplane mode, restart network settings, but i can’t use Esim again, and i can’t add plan anymore.

is there any solution?
