Face ID not working on iPhone 12

Tried to reinstall Face ID , due to it not working Still not working , any ideas ? Thank you

If Face ID is disabled this is most likely a hardware issue. Please update your iPhone to the latest ios version and if this is not working, Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device
