The touch screen on my iPhone 11 is not working, and my regularly scheduled morning alarm will not stop going off every ten minutes because I can’t touch the screen to turn it off. I’ve seen a bunch of ways to force restart an iPhone, but not one on how to completely force a shut down without it powering back up.

You can power your iPhone off by selecting Settings > General then scrolling down to Shut Down. Tap that then slide to Off. You can also use the method described in the link below:
