How do I watch replays of MLS games?
I am only seeing the shorter recap option for replays. How do I watch the entire game replay on the Apple TV app?

I spent two hours "chatting" with Comcast people yesterday. I think they finally understood the problem - that holding down the button for the options doesn't work - and promised to have a smarter specialist follow up with me. I'm not holding my breath. The real solution would be for Apple to put a "Full Game Replay" button right next to the "Watch Recap" button. That should solve the problem for everyone.
As an Android user whose parents use Comcast, this was easily the most difficult setup experience I've ever encountered for a streaming service, and I subscribe to a lot of streaming services. Then to find out my parents can't even watch game replays due to this UI bug is just infuriating. I'm floored that they think this service, which Apple clearly rushed to production without proper User Experience testing, is worth $15 a month.
Yeah, they need to fix this Comcast thing pronto. I contacted Apple directly a couple of days ago and told them how to fix it. Here's hoping they listen.
Eureka! We are a Comcast/Xfinity household. My son got on google chrome on his PC. On Apple TV Season Pass he found the previous games and now they show up on our TV automatically. When he got to the highlights he saw a black box with Season Pass with how to watch above it. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom. He clicked on that. A separate box popped up and in the box it had two options to watch. One was highlights. One was the full game. He started watching the full game and went to the tv. He found a resume playing button and it worked. You will see the final score. I imagine we will have to do this for each game we want to watch.
Yeah, it works fine, except for those who have Comcast. (THEN IT DOESN'T.) Apple needs to make full replays easy for EVERYONE to find and play. You can turn off the scores of the replays, but that, too, is tricky. Google it for instructions.
This does work on the AppleTV app on my Samsung SmartTV but you have to scroll all the way down past all the highlights tiles to the very bottom of the page. The very last tile lets you press and hold to show all the watch options of which the full game replay is available.
This is WAY too buried and I agree the fact the final score is plastered all over the home page tile of the front door of a previous match completely destroys the ability to watch a game for your team behind real time.
Im incredibly disappointed
we are able to watch full games, but not without seeing the score which is annoying.
Thanks. Doesn't work on Comcast, though, as I keep telling Apple. There IS a way to block scores, but it's complicated. Google it for instructions.
Thank you for this. I will say this is in no way intuitive and I suspect most of us paying for this will want to see “Watch Replay” as the default.
Thank you I did the same thing and it worked! Appreciate it. :-)
I am highly frustrated! Who at Apple watches sports, clearly NO ONE!! Also prior games show the score, WTF, why would you show the score? Can someone at Apple fix this so prior games can be accessed easily? This really really sucks!
This is terrible. Xfinity customer and still doesn't work. Seriously?

Thank you! This works.
It still sucks and it is about as intuitive as... ugh. make the right thing the easy thing, apple.
On the Roku interface, don't dare to try to seek to the beginning of the game with anything other than jumping forward by 10 seconds at a time. The fast forward interface gives a streaming error ("Video Not Available— There's a problem loading this video. if this continues, check your internet connection") for me and wastes my time by restarting the playback from the beginning of the broadcast.
I just submitted a ticket too. This is very strange that this is not possible. Even watching the game on a slight delay seems impossible. Both normal ways I watched games before this year. So far Apple, poor delivery.
