How do I watch replays of MLS games?

It's not hard to do, just hard to describe. When you open the Apple TV app you see that little bar across the top, where you have to move it from TV+ to MLS. To hide scores, move it again to the right, past the magnifiying glass and to a little circle that looks like a gear (or an arrow pointing right). You should now see a long list on the right. Scroll down to the end of the GENERAL section and into PRIVACY. The fourth line down says "Show Sports Scores." Click on that with the OK button, and it should change from ON to OFF. There you go. Now if only the two teams I'm following, the Timbers and DC, would stop sucking, I'd be a happy man.

To watch full game replays - after selecting the game you want to watch, ignore that "Watch Recap" button and scroll to the bottom of the page, where a black window says "How to Watch MLS Season Pass." The fine print beneath says "Press and hold for 2 (or 3) versions." The button you press and hold seems to depend on your remote. On my Firestick, it's just the main Select button. On Comcast, I have to press the INFO button (instead of the OK button, which I press for everything else.) That brings up your 2 or 3 options - Recap, 90 Minutes, and sometimes Spanish. I have begged Apple to move those options up below the "Watch Recap" button, and they continue to ignore me.

This worked for us as well. Not sure if it will have to be done the same way every time (assume so, though) or if the Xfinity version of the app will now start to default to the full length game insyead of the recap. Guess we'll find out at some point.
