Apple Watch SE Activity Data not syncing with iPhone XR
So I switched iPhones from an iPhone SE 2 to an iPhone XR, and since that, none of my steps, rings and stuff like that doesn't sync. Any help would be appreciated.

To start, did you unpair the watch from the old phone and pair it with the new phone when you got it? If not, you'll need to do that. A quick way to see if it is paired or not is to go to Settings > Bluetooth, and see if the Apple Watch is listed in there and showing Connected.

If the watch is pared with the new phone, then check to make sure you have the fitness tracking enabled. Go into the Watch app > My Watch tab and select Privacy. In there, make sure the toggle switch for Fitness Tracking is turned on.
