Suspicious text

I revived a text which was sent from ‘wallet’ claiming; “Apple pay was suspended on your device, please re-activate at by visiting https:/applepay-ie.com”

unfortunately I didn’t realise it was an obvious scam at first and clicked the link. However when prompted to enter personal and card details I immediately clicked off the page and deleted the message.

I have froze my card just in case but wondering if I should be okay since I didn’t enter any information or do I have something to worry about?
