When will Apple have an update to fix this? This is the most annoying thing. It is big and prominent and it keeps occurring and it doesn't go away on its own. In my research on how to get rid of it, I read an Apple representative state that it is only happening to a small number of users. Really? Please quantify "small numbers."

Apple is not here on these forums. We are just other regular users like yourself. Apple does not tell anyone anything until after an official announcement or after something has been released. Many times Apple won't say anything even in the update patch notes about what has been fixed.

Considering the background apps feature is poorly implemented or incomplete, it may take Apple time to resolve it as least according to a well respected forum contributor who is also a third party developer. According to this person, Apple never provided any details or information to developers on how to properly create their apps to work with this new Ventura feature.

You can provide Apple with product feedback here (Apple won't respond):

You can also contact Apple corporate (Apple may or may not respond).
