iPhone 11 not ringing
My iPhone only vibrates when I get calls or text messages. Ringer volume is on max why doesn’t it work?

Check to see that the Silent switch is not set to ON. Silent switch is located on the Top Left Side of your iPhone.

Use Ring mode
To put your iPhone in Ring mode, move the switch so that orange isn't showing.
Use Silent mode
To put your iPhone in Silent mode, move the switch so that orange is showing.
