account disabled in the App Store and iTunes

My account has apparently been disabled from the App Store and iTunes and I am unable to download and update apps in both my apple devices. I don't know how or why it happened but I tried everything, from changing my apple ID mail and password to reseting my phone and updating the software and nothing has changed, I still cannot use the App Store.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


If you are seeing the message above you must contact Apple Support. If you are seeing another message post back with details and we will continue working through this issue.
