I am getting the Do Not Disturb on at all different times. It seems to be in sync with time and dates of events I have scheduled, for example, doctor visit or family outings etc.. I am aware that Focus is on my iPhone 13 but have never used it (not that I know of)I really don’t have a clue what it’s for so I didn’t go into it afraid I’d make something else happen. Can anyone please help me out? Greatly appreciate.
If you find that Do Not Disturb activates itself, then a Schedule is activated, or Smart Activation is activated.
Go to Settings → Focus → Do Not Disturb
Scroll down and find Schedule, or Turn on Automatically. Tap on your set times and select "Delete Schedule" When the list is empty, Do Not Disturb will not activate automatically anymore.
