Unable to update iPhone
My phone doesn’t want to update can you please help me

The phone will not update if you have enabled Low Power Mode for the battery.
Turn it off. Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode
The phone will not update with a very weak Wi-Fi signal like you have. You need "full bars"....like this:
