Blocked contacts
ALL of my contacts in my Apple 12 Pro Max are constantly blocked. I have to go into the settings to unblock all contacts only to have them blocked again a day or so later.

Do you have a phone call blocking app that has access to your Contacts. For example, TrueCaller or any of the other SPAM call apps that can be found in the App Store.
Find out by seeing which apps have access to your contacts here: Settings → Privacy → Contacts.
If one or more "SPAM call" apps are enabled, choose to disable.
