Apple Watch series 8 greyed out settings

I found my applewatch couple weeks ago and the battery was fully drained. Almost everything is greyed out?! AppleWatch 8. I want to fix this problem! I can’t even connect it to wifi or bluetooth. When i select my wifi network nothing is happening. Wifi is greyed out on the activated position and can't be turned off. I tried to reboot it and nothing. I can not turn it off. The power icon is also greyed out.
