Zero-Out your Balance:

You need to zero-out your Apple Account balance. So, either call Apple, requesting that the Apple Rep zeros it out, or purchase something for more than what is left in your Apple Account balance, using the primary method of payment to pay the rest off.

• Proceed from there as necessary
