What are the lines after the temperature for

The longer the horizontal bar for any given day, the more variable the temperature could be over that 24-day period.  The white dot on the bar is where the current temperature fits in the forecasted range.

What Do the Temperature Range Colors Mean?

• Dark Blue: Extremely Cold (less than 0°C) 
• Light Blue: Cold (0°C to 15°C) 
• Green: Slightly Cold (15°C to 20°C) 
• Yellow: Slightly Warm(20°C to 25°C) 
• Orange: Warm(25°C to 30°C) 
• Red: Extremely Hot (30°C and above)

Not sure. Where are you seeing this? Is it in the Weather app? Please provide a screenshot. That would most certainly help: Take a Screenshot or Screen Recording on iPhone - Apple Support. Just capture the temperature, as a way to avoid providing personal info.
