there is any idea how i turn off sim card without injecting the sim

You cannot deactivate a physical SIM card, this is only possible with eSIM. But if you don't want to use your SIM card right now, and would like to store the SIM card physically in your iPhone, you can set a PIN code on your SIM card, turn off your iPhone, and turn it on again. When you are asked for the PIN code for your SIM card, you just choose to ignore it. Without the PIN code, the SIM card does not connect to your Carrier.
