Payment method update

I can't get my iTunes to update my payment details, it says "failed" all the time. And I just have one card. What can I do?

First, make sure that you are in a supported country or region.


Then check ▶︎ System Status for possible service outages.


▷ Be sure the card has not expired.


Then be sure to activate your card before attempting to add it to Apple Wallet by contacting your bank.


If that didn’t work, then click ▶︎ Can’t add a card to Apple Wallet for detailed instructions.


If that doesn’t work, then try linking the payment method:


Open Settings ➢ your name at the top of the list ➢ Payment & ShippingAdd Payment Method.


Once the payment method has been added, you should have the option to link it to Apple Pay.
