Error 1100 while restoring.

So recently I found my old iPhone 6s Plus, so I decided to connect it to the latest version of iTunes "from the Microsoft store" to restore it to the latest iOS 15.7.3. after getting the Apple logo and the progress bar almost halfway through, it stops and tells that an unknown issue happened (-1100).

What should I do about it? It's now stuck on the Recovery Mode screen.
