I got a three year warranty from Simply Mac and recently the iMac case/screened got cracked with a fall. Is there any way to get the warranty utilized?

Your best bet is to call 1-800-MY-APPLE and ask to be transferred to a Senior Advisor for assistance.

Apple was trying to help SImply Mac customers in the past since the bankruptcy. Hence the suggestion to contact Apple Support. 🙂
