How to permanently disable focus

Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad

As outlined in the related article, there are several ways you can turn off Focus. If you've set up Focus and have a schedule enabled, you can adjust those settings in Settings > Focus, then tap the Focus in question to change the settings. If you don't want to adjust the settings for the schedule but would instead turn the schedule off, you can do so by tapping the green toggle next to "Schedule."

If you want to keep the schedule enabled and quickly turned off or on Focus, you can do this via the Control Center by following the below steps. This information is also outlined in the related article.

1) Swipe down from the top-right corner of the display.

2) Tap Focus to enable or disable.

3) Then swipe from the bottom of the display or tap the display to close Control Center.

How do I permanently get Focus off my phone. It turns its self on all the time——-aka broken—-and a wast of space on my phone. And do not tell me how to delete individual focus that is NOT what I am try to do. I wait this off my phone completely. If I have to I can call and have it removed like the XBOX gaming program that should not have been a preloaded program. This FOCUS is not helpful and just ****** me off to the point that i am thinking that all my apple stuff will be going and no I do not have to use Microsoft for my personal stuff. So how about answering your customers question? How do we remove this program COMPLETELY!

Sorry this IS call disussions.apple.com. and not call a forum like every other one is. So it is apples naming of this that would confuse anyone and make us think that apple is the one answering these questions not just another customer of apple produces. And I’m so sorry that my negativity of missing multiple notification that my elderly parent is in the emergency room last night because Focus decide to turn its self on has upset you so much. In the future, I will remember that this is not an actual Apple assist with problems with their products, but a consumers forum for other consumers to ask other people who use apples devices if they figured out how to fix the problem. And it’s not actually Apple or an Apple employee responding to this just other random people. You have a very good day.

I understand everything you spoke of: about Apple’s naming of Apple Community, about your frustration with focus, etc.

If you ever have issues with your Apple Product/s, I suggest you Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support, since the Apple Community isn’t getting you the help you want.

First off, your negativity is not appreciated.

Since you direct your post towards Apple, I will remind you that this forum is not Apple. The only people on this forum are other users like you and me.

About removing “this program COMPLETELY!”, I will tell you that this is not possible. Focus can be turned on, or off. Nothing more.

If you have feedback about Focus, (be it negative or positive,) please use this link to convey your comments directly to Apple.
