Are you referring to the Apple Pencil? If so, that is the "stylus" for an iPad that Apple makes and sells. An Apple Pencil has more features than a generic 3rd party stylus in that it has a touch sensitive area you can tap to quickly change your tools and pressure sensitivity with the iPad screen.
