Apps reload/refresh after switching on iOS16
My all app reload when I swap between apps!
any Idea to help me sort it?

Hello Seyed Reza,
If you have not done so already, please make sure to restart your iPhone by following these steps: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. Follow this guidance:
“1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."
In addition, make sure all of your apps are updated, too: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support. Follow these steps:
“1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All."
