Macbook Pro Ventura - Stop sleeping when uploading videos

I upload quite a few videos to YouTube and have just bought a new MacBook with M2 chipset. Due to my relatively slow internet speed it is best suited for me to do the upload overnight, however, I can't get the computer to stop going to sleep which then pauses the upload and is frustrating.

My old macbook had an older OS on (Monterey I think) and had some options not to put the hard drive to sleep but can't find anything on Ventura. The help topics I found point you to the energy saving function but there isn't one on Ventura 13.2.1, only battery and display have any relevance which I've tried different settings that don't seem to work.

Anybody have any ideas how to turn the screen off but still have the hard drive active? Do you need to have the power lead connected? Closing the lid would be better but not essential as I previously just kept it ajar overnight with the screen off.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.2
