My AirPods gen 3 will not charge on my wireless MagSafe charger. It charges my phone perfectly well and even when I put my phone where the AirPods go on the charger it works but it will not pick up my AirPods at all. The color on the charger is supposed to change and everything but it hasn’t. The charger is compatible with my AirPod 3’s please help.
What specific case do you have exactly?
Only the actual Magsafe Case can charge using the Magsafe charger. If you selected the Lightning case during purchase of the AirPods, then that one only charges via a Lightning cable connected to power adapter.

I have the 3rd generation lighting charger AirPods. I have this case exactly. It is compatible with AirPod 3’s.
I was referring to the AirPod Case, not the charger.
Only the MagSafe case will charge on a charger like the one you show in your picture.
