Why does my child’s screen time usage on my phone not match what shows when we go to their phone for screen time?
in family screen time setting when I look at one of my children usage it shows that an app TIkTok is running all day every day (except during the downtime I set up). This is absolutely not correct as the phone is not even available to my child during most of the day as I have the phone with me.
when I look at the phone usage on his device directly the phone usage is tracking correctly and only shows the times that I had handed him his phone and tracks the app usage for TIkTok or anything else like messages or FaceTime.
Why would it show different usage and that it is running continuously when I look at the usage from my phone daily screen time setting?
