Missing music from iTunes to my iPhone

Hello,

I recently noticed about 80 missing songs on a playlist of mine (subsequent reviewing noticed all playlists missing songs). On the playlist in reference I have about 900 songs, to which only 800 are on my iPhone. I have all my iCloud settings synced, iCloud status on iTunes says - Matched, Uploaded or Apple Music. I called Apple Care and they recommended I sync my phone via cable to iTunes, which I did to no avail. Is there any way to force a sync between iTunes to ensure all my music gets on my phone? I have a large music collection, roughly 14k songs, but a large enough iPhone to take all the songs if needed. Any help would be appreciated. For reference I have an iPhone 11 Pro, Apple Laptop running 10.13 and I am subscribed to Apple Music. Thank you.

iTunes cannot sync Apple Music items. See Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support and ensure Sync Library is enabled on the iPhone. If you are using the same Apple ID and Sync Library AKA iCloud Music Library is enabled in both library and device then they should see the same set of songs and playlists. See also If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support. Matched, uploaded, Apple Music items, and unhidden purchases should work properly. Items with a cloud status of error, waiting, ineligible, duplicate, etc. are excluded from iCloud Music Library.

As noted iTunes cannot transfer the Apple Music content. What you might do is delete the Music app from the iPhone, and as a consequence all Music stored on the phone, then reinstall the Music app from the App Store, and enable Sync Library once again. This should reset everything and allow the device to show your full iCloud Music Library.

Thank you for the response. All the items on your list have been checked (iCloud Music library enabled on all devices, all items are free of the iCloud warning status, etc) and everything should sync, even Apple Care is stumped. I've even tried to manually sync the phone with my iTunes.
